What this prototype is
This site is an early-stage demonstration of a patient transport coordination dashboard. It is not connected to any live transport provider, hospital system or patient record. Every request, provider, vehicle and patient reference shown in the demo dashboard is fictional sample data created by us for demonstration.
No real patient data is collected, stored or processed by this prototype. Please do not enter real patient information into it.
Personal data we collect
No accounts. There is no sign-up or login, so we do not hold user profiles, passwords or contact records from browsing this site.
Demo dashboard activity. Anything you type into the demo dashboard — a new transport request, a booking — is held only in your browser's memory for the duration of your visit. It is not transmitted to us and is discarded when you close or reload the tab.
The demo request form. In this prototype the form on the demo request page does not send or store anything; it only displays a confirmation. If you want to reach us, email hello@onefleet.world directly and we will hold your message and contact details only to reply to you and to arrange discovery conversations.
Cookies and tracking
This prototype sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. See our cookie notice for detail.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a third-party hosting platform, which may process technical connection information such as IP addresses in server logs in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that information to identify visitors.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Because this prototype holds no accounts and no submitted records, in most cases we hold nothing about you at all. If you have emailed us, contact hello@onefleet.world and we will action any request.
Changes
This is a prototype under active development. If the product begins handling real operational or patient-related data, this notice will be replaced before that happens, alongside the information governance and data protection assessments an NHS or healthcare deployment requires.
