How it works

From a transport request to a confirmed ride, without the phone-round.

  1. 01

    Request created

The coordinator enters pickup, drop-off, the time window and any accessibility requirement — wheelchair access, stretcher or an escort. Patients are only ever identified by a request reference.

  2. 02

    Providers checked

Instead of three phone calls, Quinsera Care returns the providers who can cover that journey: estimated arrival window, vehicle type, fuel type, and for electric vehicles the range remaining and whether a charger sits near the drop-off.

  3. 03

    Ride booked and confirmed

One click assigns the provider. The request moves to Confirmed on the coordinator's board with the provider shown against it.

Range and charging, handled in the match

When a job's round trip would leave an electric vehicle below a safe reserve, Quinsera Care flags it — May need charging before next job — but still shows the option. The coordinator decides. Where a charger sits near the drop-off, that's shown too.

What this prototype is not

Early-stage prototype for demonstration purposes. Not yet connected to live transport providers — all requests, providers and vehicle data shown are fictional demo records.
